light as a machine component
The camera exposes for about a millisecond, and the image shows exactly what is lighting the part at that moment. If the task is not dominated by its own light, every little change in the hall shifts the inspection result: an open gate, sun through a skylight, a switched-off row of luminaires. Strong local light keeps the image the same.
When light glares at the operator, it usually just gets switched off, and the camera loses it. Aim it instead: a 10° optic makes a 52 cm circle from a height of three meters. Full output lands on the task while the operator stands outside the cone.
Line lighting comes up only once the machine is being built. A component with a six-week lead time then delays the whole handover. That is why we keep luminaires in stock and ship them from Žilina within days.
A tiltable luminaire with interchangeable optics, mounting for aluminium profiles and line frames. IP20 for assembly stations, IP65 for washdown areas. Mounted high, out of the operator’s reach, light aimed down at the task.

Every luminaire ships with the documents you need for the machine documentation. If the end customer requires values on the visual task per EN 12464-1, we provide them by calculation.
